    Coconut oil yes you can use it in your hair like gel, on your face and hands for lotion, and you can make soap scrub to wash your hands and body.. just add sugar and a few drops of your favorite oil.. This is a must have in our house... oh yeah you can cook with it too. I love to make saute green beans..I can't live without the stuff.
