Ok, that's not really what I came here to say. But it does involve marriage.
It's no secret that marriages tragically end every day. I love my husband and I don't want to be a part of that statistic.
I've actually been working on a post on that very subject that will go live sometime next week. It will likely step on some toes, but it's been heavy on my heart for awhile now and I feel the need to speak up.
In the meantime, Tyson from Uplifting Love reached out to me about a marriage-related challenge he and his wife are hosting.

His timing couldn't be more perfect. Yes, there is a male in our midst in blog land! I love his content as his goal is the same as mine - to preserve his marriage at all times!
If you are married, I encourage you to go on over to his post here and check out the details. This is a fun (and hopefully easy) challenge involving things we should be doing anyway! Plus, there are prizes!
Just be warned, I don't like to lose!
The Princess Bride line was running through my head when I saw the facebook post. I nearly lol'd when I saw you had put that as the second line!
ReplyDeleteLook at you all competitive and proud of it (says me who is EXACTLY the same, lol!!).
ReplyDeleteMarriage is hard work. People say it all of the time, and it is true. It has been said, however, that if you love your work it's worth doing, and that's how I feel about my marriage. :)
